Sugar and the effects of the teeth

Sugars are present virtually in most foods, alcohol and carbonated drinks, even in fruits and some vegetables there are natural sugars present, we must make notice of how much we consume not just sweets but also carbonated drinks, fruits, vegetables. Especially carbonated drinks and sweets we need to minimize to minimum if not at all, while fruits and vegetables have natural sugars therefore are more healthier and have vitamins and minerals.

Of great importance is brushing our teeth if not twice a day, we should see to brush them at least importantly once a day for couple of minutes.
